{"id":87,"date":"2007-06-08T10:54:27","date_gmt":"2007-06-08T17:54:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.the-wests.net\/rick\/2007\/06\/08\/a-few-notes-on-our-client\/"},"modified":"2007-06-08T10:54:27","modified_gmt":"2007-06-08T17:54:27","slug":"a-few-notes-on-our-client","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.byuipt.net\/rickwest\/2007\/06\/08\/a-few-notes-on-our-client\/","title":{"rendered":"A few notes on our client"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>These are a few notes on our client for our program that we will be evaluating this summer for our Program Evaluation class I am helping to teach:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.coe.uga.edu\/epit\/slm\" target=\"blank\">UGA School Library Media program<\/a><br \/>\nAlumni=150 students, most in Atlanta metro area.<br \/>\nActive students = 80 between cohort six (finishing up) and cohort 7 (new group)<br \/>\nDemographics: Mostly white females, although efforts are in process to diversify.<br \/>\nPretty competitive program, turns students away even though accepts about 35 students each time.<br \/>\nFaculty: 2 1\/2 professors<\/p>\n<p>Important date: June 16 at Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville there will be an alumni meeting (with active students). 50-60 alumni have RSVP&#8217;d for afternoon meeting at 3 p.m. This will be a good opportunity to get familiar with the audience for this evaluation, and they will be aware of our evaluation project. It will be in room 1180 and 1185.
